Description:

The automatic oiling machine produced by SANKON is specially developed for the mold oiling station of aerated concrete production line. It is light and simple in appearance, and the whole process is automatically controlled, which can reduce labor intensity and labor cost. The oiling process is clean and environmental friendly, and easy to operate and maintain.
The oiling machine is composed of four parts: mechanical part, electrical control system, oil supply system and positioning system. In an imitation of manual oiling, a mechanically driven roller brush is used for oiling.Reduce the dispersion of oil and gas particles in the air, reduce air pollution and harm to human body.
The main characteristics of the oil coating machine:
1. The high-precision moving part is controlled by servo motor, and the error is within 1mm, which fully ensures the control of the uniformity of oil film in the process of oil painting.
2. Flexible control to complete four or five sides of the mold frame oil according to different needs, and can adjust the oil amount at any time.
Since there is no special requirement on the quality of demoulding oil, it can be applied to any kind of demoulding oil. The oil amount can be adjusted according to needs. The normal oil amount can be 0.28kg/m, and the minimum oil amount is 0.18kg/m.
